FYI:

We take good care of our animals and we guarantee all sold animals are healthy, well fed and free of mites, ticks and other visible diseases.
A newborn snake will only be sold if it has eaten by itself at least 3-5 times!

Paperwork and ID-check:

Every animal comes with a certificate of origin, a personal ID-number (which can be checked in our database), a typical photo of the head and a picture of the snake’s full body.

Sex:

The sex of all animals for sale has been determined to the best of our ability.
The new owner may also check the gender him/herself but if he/she causes the snake any harm then he/she is obligated to buy it!

Reservations:

We will reserve an animal for you only after a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the agreed price is paid.
We will reserve the animal for a maximum term of 4 weeks. If the payment for the animal goes into default, the animal in question will be offered for sale again.

Disease and Death:

As already mentioned, we do our best to keep our snakes in good condition. You may check the animal(s) you would like to purchase yourself at our facility.
If you have basic knowledge regarding snakes and if the animal lives under appropriate living conditions, our animals will give you no problem as a
pet or as an addition to your private collection. If, unfortunately, the animal dies within a week and you would like the animal to be refunded or
replaced because you think it was our fault, please provide us with the following:

– a picture/video of the dead animal,
– a copy of the certificate of origin you received from us,
– a statement from a specialized veterinarian confirming the cause of death was due to a condition the animal already had before it was sold,
– an autopsy report.

Please note:

We can’t take back an animal to protect our own collection under any circumstances!!
